We want you to enjoy The Road to Kali. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for every order. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout — you'll receive a secure link to your order.
• Or reply to your Paddle order-confirmation email requesting a refund and stating your order number.
• Or reach us through our contact form and we'll forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

After a refund

After a refund is issued, your download link is deactivated and any locally-saved copies of the Book must be deleted, as your licence to the Book ends with the refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and delivered by email the moment the Book launches. You can cancel your pre-order any time before launch for a full refund via the same Paddle process described above. Once the Book has launched and the download link has been sent, the standard 30-day refund policy applies.
